Megan Fox's co-star allegedly once triggered her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter recalled what he described as an "unhinged" reaction the fellow rocker—real name Colson Baker—had when he asked the actress in 2021 to discuss a scene for their movie Johnny & Clyde, which was released earlier this month.
"I go over to Megan's trailer because in the film, there's a scene [where] she basically teases me, putting my fingers in her mouth. She's like a villain, I'm like her henchman," Tyson said on the May 30 episode of the Tuna on Toast With Stryker podcast. "So I go over there and there's her man in there with her, this Colson guy, who you know as Machine Gun Kelly. Yes, I call him Pistol Pete."
Tyson continued, "So I go over there and I was like, 'Hey, Megan. I wanted to talk to you about this moment where, when you die, because you've been teasing putting my fingers in your mouth, that when you're dead, I put my fingers in your mouth. And it's like this sort of resolution to my character getting his revenge.'"
And according to Tyson, MGK wasn't having it. "Colson like, just goes from zero to like, awesome, like, rage and awesome, super angry," he said. "He was super bummed about me asking if I could put my fingers in Megan Fox's mouth. I knew she was right there and he just went ballistic. It kind of went Maniac mode."
E! News has reached out to reps for MGK and Megan for comment on Tyson's remarks and has not heard back.
"He was fully unhinged," the actor said, "and I was just like, 'OK man, I'm just gonna receive you.' Because obviously it wasn't gonna be anything crazy. But it's funny even going back to thinking about it. I'm like 'Holy s--t.' It was the greatest gift. And Megan was such a sweetheart to work with that it was kind of just a really singular moment."
Tyson also said that the musician's reaction helped inspire his performance in an upcoming movie he had worked on around the same time.
"I was like, this is really confrontational, but also thank you, dude," he said. "There's a little bit of Pistol Pete in my role for Prisoner's Daughter."
